okay stay
spacious room included kitchen clean bathroom thin pillows missing invoice poor view
the room, a studio city view, was spacious. a little kitchen was included in the studio. the bathroom was clean, and that was important to me.
The pillows were quite thin. i requested an invoice upon checkout, but i never received it. I would have preferred something different.

helpful staff luggage storage congested road better location
the staff were helpful upon arrival, accommodating luggage storage before check-in.
the location was less than ideal. it takes considerable time to reach the main streets. the road is often congested. a better location would definitely improve the overall experience.

the apartment had three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and an additional guest bathroom. a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen were available. i particularly appreciated the diverse international breakfast options.

excellent stay
comfortable beds excellent suite large fridge
i found the staff to be warm and cute. we booked a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms and it was excellent (very spacious!). the king size beds were very comfortable. all amenities i required were available including a large fridge.
the bathroom water temperature was either too hot or too cold. technicians visited multiple times to try and fix it. it only worked for about ten minutes each time so i could not get a decent shower .

the pool was very clean and well kept with an amazing view. i saw beautiful kitchenware of best brands in the apartment. there was also a washing machine.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. they were really nice too ensure my stay was nice. the procedures were well-organized too.

the breakfast was fantastic with many types of food. i also enjoyed the food in the spa. the hotel has various restaurants in the building.

the hotel is conveniently located near the metro stop and the monorail station. it is also on the main access road to the palm. i had a nice view from the balcony.
